Jacob Duffy: New Zealand’s emerging fast bowler in T20I and ODI cricket

Born on 2 August 1994 in Lumsden, Southland, Jacob Duffy has emerged as a key figure in New Zealand’s fast bowling lineup. Known for his right-arm fast-medium bowling, Duffy has made remarkable progress in both T20I and One Day International formats.


T20I career

Duffy made his T20I debut for New Zealand on 18 December 2020 against Pakistan at Eden Park. In a remarkable debut, he took 4 wickets for 33 runs and won the Player of the Match award. This performance highlighted his potential and laid the foundation for his future in international cricket.
